On a calm day and if the cetaceans oblige it is possible to spot a variety of whales, dolphins and porpoises that grace these waters. In April 2017, up to 5 Humpback Whales, several Fin Whales and countless Common Dolphins were sited off Lehanmore. Rita was lucky enough to be out on a boat and got up close and personal!
